Order Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Damages
Here in LINUNZ we take our time to make sure the final product has the quality you expect and is damage free. We will be responsible for any damage that may occur before you accept delivery, but you must inspect your delivery within 24 hours of receiving your order and if you discover damage, shortages or irregularities, then you must report this to sales@linunz.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require digital photos of damage or any irregularities.
Cancellations
You have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel your order. You can do this by contacting sales@linunz.com with your requested changes, order number and contact information.
Returns
Since you are purchasing custom products, orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Your order is considered final once placed. However we can fix or replace any product that does not meet the quality of our manufacturing process if a claim is made at sales@linunz.com within three business days of receiving your order.
Order changes
You have 24 hours after your order is placed to make changes and edit your order. You can do this by contacting sales@linunz.com with your requested changes, order number and contact information.
Our Material Warranties
LINUNZ Cabinet Doors warrants all products provided will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, modification, improper installation, improper product selection or delays due to damage. There is no warranty for moisture or water damage of any type. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only.
Lead Times
Lead times begin once the order has been finalized and paid for. If there are any edits or adjustments made to the order, the lead time resets and starts once the new adjusted order is finalized and paid for.
